This architectural project is a luxurious two-story house located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The design and materials used in the house are carefully selected to suit the distinct taste of the client and their family. The material palette includes a variety of colors and textures, such as smooth granite, marble, and timber.

 

The design of the exteriors is focused on creating a dynamic and visually striking facade, and this effect was achieved by offsetting different elements. Timber was used as a primary material for the facade, where the texture and grain of the wood adds depth and visual interest. The inclusion of white marble adds a touch of elegance and luxury to the overall appearance, as it is a natural stone that is prized for its beauty, and blue speckled marble is strategically positioned with the pond to create a visual effect of an upward gliding water. As a very durable and resistant material, the inclusion of marble plays a role in creating a timeless facade that can withstand the elements, making it a perfect option for exterior use.

 

The house features a pool and an accent pond in the backyard, which is designed with meticulous attention to lighting to accentuate the details and create a dynamic and vibrant ambiance. Furthermore, it showcases the client’s artistic taste through artistic elements, including a bronze sculpture that is highlighted in the garden.
